Alana Florence
Biography
I graduated with a Ba in Textile and Surface Design at Grays School of Art in Scotland. And specialised in mixed media with print, knit and aplique. During my MA I wish to explore the poetics of textiles. I want to do this by creating my 2D illustrations into structured surfaces. Researching paper-craft and pop-up books. Furthermore, I want to apply kinetics to my designs. combining this notion of kinetic structures in fashion. Therfore, creating an exciting concept of kinetic fashion.Projects
