Fabrics of Life: Chick as a Model Organism

Story:

Our story begins in the year 2115 and is narrated by the great grandaughter of the characters. Her great grandparents were the first generation to have the genetic mutation in their nervous system that communicates the 6th sense.

At this time in 2115 it was still a new scientific development and it was not entirely clear how it worked. Anyway, one day, whilst her great grandparents were waiting...
