Biography
2001-2002 Foundation Study in Art and Design, Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design
2002-2005 BA(Hons) Textile Design, Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design
During the first year of the BA course I had experimented with Print, Knit and Weave. From the 2nd year onwards I was specialised in Weave. Being a weaver has given me an opportunity to explore different types of fibres, and the technical part of the fabric structures. Most of the time I tend to work with silk, because I like its preciousness and fluidity. For my BA degree exhibition in 2004, I had created a collection of hand dyed and woven silk scarves. They are of different textures, contrast of dark and bright colours, which give each of them a unique appearance.
After graduating, I attended a Jacquard Design Course at 'Fondazione della Seta Lisio', in Florence. I had produced samples of silk-woven jacquard design fabrics. Further to that, I also experimented with the traditional hand-woven velvet design. It had been a wonderful experience to be introduced to the new technology along with the ancient techniques.
In 2006, I did a work experience with ' Clerici Tessuto', a well-known textile company in Como. I was assisting at the division of 'Roberto Fantoccoli' who designed collections of fabrics for the high-end womenswear. Their clients include Christian Dior, Hermes, Hugo Boss and Stella Mc Cartney.

Flexibility, Rearrange, Playful and Artistic
Interior & Fashion; I would like to bring these two worlds together and create an object which can be enjoyed in public environment where people from different background can experience.
Hotel, Restaurant, Museum, Leisure Center etc...
An Object; Curtain/Blinds
Curtain/Blinds are normally used to protect the room from sunlight, or to provide us with privacy. There are many different types and designs, both traditional and contemporary. We normally come in contact with them only when necessary, and therefore the curtains/blinds are left 'untouched' most of the time.
Changing the perception; Curtains/Blinds can be a 'playful' part of our everyday environment in which we can transform its purpose, shape, colour during day time/ night time.
