Reclaiming the Ruined

Motivation

How do we re-use or recycle our garments that no longer can be worn as they are, because of performance defects, not just aesthetics.

Idea

Take the ruined clothing backinto a flat textile to illustrate the possibilities of recycling a garment by taking it back to its original state as a flat textile.

To Question

What is sustainability, and now can we develop all methods of reducing, reusing and recycling to their fullest potential?
